Power Grid Modernization Works Carried Out in Raiymbek District

As part of the works planned for 2026, the Raiymbek District Power Distribution Network carried out modernization of electrical networks aimed at ensuring a stable and reliable power supply to remote settlements.

In particular, the poles along a 7.48-kilometre section of a 10 kV overhead power line constructed in 1974 were fully replaced, while 2.4 kilometres of the line were upgraded. In addition, 95 poles of 0.4 kV overhead power lines were replaced, and 12 vacuum circuit breakers were installed at substations.

These works are aimed at improving the technical condition of the power networks, increasing the operational reliability of equipment, and preventing potential technological disruptions in the electricity supply.

Modernizing power lines built several decades ago is especially important for remote rural settlements. High-quality infrastructure upgrades help ensure a stable electricity supply for residents and contribute to strengthening the region’s energy potential.

Power grid modernization is an important prerequisite for improving residents’ quality of life and ensuring the sustainable development of settlements.
