A large-scale Spartakiad was successfully held among the employees of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, organized by the local “Seriktes” Trade Union Public Association. The event became one of the important initiatives aimed at strengthening team unity and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
During the Spartakiad, participants competed in both traditional and modern sports, including tug of war, arm wrestling, asyk atu, chess, swimming, running, archery, darts, bess tas, and togyzkumalak. Each competition was full of excitement, and the employees demonstrated agility, skill, perseverance, and team spirit.
Particular interest was shown in the national games. The asyk atu and togyzkumalak competitions highlighted the value of national heritage and lifted the spirit of the participants. In other sports disciplines, strong teamwork and determination to win were also clearly visible.
At the end of the competition, the best participants were identified, and the winners and prize holders received special awards. Most importantly, the top-performing participants earned qualification to the selection stage of the Spartakiad among the companies of the Samruk-Energo group, where they will have the opportunity to further develop their skills.
This Spartakiad became not only a sporting event, but also a vivid example of friendship among colleagues, unity, and the shared pursuit of a common goal. Such meaningful initiatives will undoubtedly continue in the future.

As part of the investment program of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, the open-cut construction of two 10 kV cable line crossings at the intersections of Rozybakiev–Strauss and Rozybakiev–Zhandosov streets has been fully completed under the project for converting 6 kV power lines to 10 kV at the facilities “PS-6A, PS-168A (Stage 2).”
The works were completed with high quality and within the established timeframe by the contractor SARYARKA-MS LLP.
This project is an important step aimed at providing the residents of Almaty with stable, high-quality, and reliable electricity.

Jaqsylyq Sagymbekov, Chief Engineer of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, carried out a special inspection of the work being performed by the contractor.
As part of the investment program, large-scale modernization work is underway on Timiryazev Street, one of the key transport and infrastructure arteries of Almaty. Within the project, outdated 6 kV power lines that have long been in operation are being gradually replaced with modern 10 kV lines with higher capacity.
These works are aimed at increasing the reliability of the city’s power supply system, strengthening its resistance to нагрузкам, and ensuring consumers receive high-quality electricity. In addition, the introduction of new technologies will reduce the wear level of the networks and improve the prevention of emergency situations.
During the inspection, the Chief Engineer instructed the contractor to pay special attention to the quality and timing of construction and installation works, as well as to strictly comply with safety requirements. The project is being implemented according to schedule and is contributing to the modernization of the city’s infrastructure.
