Special attention was also paid to strengthening cooperation between the Energosbyt branch of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC and the heads of housing management organizations with outstanding debts, including management companies, associations of property owners, and condominium associations. Specific instructions were given to intensify explanatory work with debtors, consider effective mechanisms for debt repayment, strengthen payment discipline, and enhance mutual cooperation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, all responsible managers were instructed to keep the assigned tasks under constant control and ensure full readiness for the heating season.

Special attention was paid to the prevention of workplace injuries, ensuring safe working conditions, and promoting the principle of “Zero Injuries.”

A comprehensive emergency response drill was held at the Yermensai substation of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC with the participation of mobile operational teams and emergency response units.
The main purpose of the event was to practice personnel readiness for actions in the event of an emergency situation, as well as coordination among the involved services.
During the drill, the actions of operational personnel in the event of emergency equipment shutdowns, cooperation with firefighting and emergency rescue units, worker safety measures, and the organization of restoration works were tested.
The drill was observed by representatives of Samruk-Kazyna JSC, Samruk-Energy JSC, and the territorial department of the Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control for the city of Almaty.
Based on the results of the drill, the readiness of specialists and rapid response services for non-standard situations was confirmed, as well as the effectiveness of coordination mechanisms in eliminating possible technological disruptions.

As part of the Family Occupational Safety Day, an introductory tour was organized for the children of employees at Distribution Zone No. 4 of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC.
The main purpose of the event was to promote a culture of safe handling of electrical energy among the younger generation, as well as to introduce children to the activities of the energy sector and the profession of an energy specialist.
During the tour, the children visited the administrative building of Distribution Zone No. 4, the pre-shift medical examination room, and the office of the occupational safety inspector, where they learned about measures aimed at ensuring employee safety. Company specialists spoke about personal protective equipment and the basic requirements of occupational safety.
The participants were also shown the diagram of the power distribution area. The children learned about the operation of overhead and cable power lines, transformer substations, and the process of transmitting electrical energy to consumers.
At the end of the tour, the children were shown educational material on electrical safety, followed by a summary of the event, a question-and-answer session, and a group photo.
Such events help improve the culture of safety, expand children’s knowledge of the electric power industry, and strengthen continuity between generations in the sector.
