Alatau Zharyk Company JSC announced the beginning of an important stage in the development of the energy infrastructure of Almaty and the Almaty Region by holding a ceremony to lay the foundation for a new Network Management Center and place a time capsule for future generations.

The high-tech complex will bring together unified dispatch services and a modern Call Center, enabling round-the-clock monitoring of power grid operations, rapid response to emergencies, and effective communication with consumers. Once fully operational, the center will employ around 900 highly qualified specialists. Their professionalism and responsibility will serve as a guarantee of uninterrupted electricity supply for millions of residents and thousands of enterprises.
The new Network Management Center is not just an administrative building. It is a large-scale investment project aimed at digitalizing the energy sector, introducing intelligent management systems, and improving the reliability and safety of power grids. Built on the basis of modern technologies, the complex will strengthen the region’s energy stability and create a solid foundation for the development of future smart grids.
During the solemn ceremony, a special time capsule was placed, containing a message from today’s energy workers to future generations. It symbolizes the dedicated work of the current generation in developing the country’s energy sector and their confidence in a bright future.

The company’s management solemnly congratulated the athletes of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, who achieved outstanding results at the traditional Spartakiad among employees of Samruk-Energy JSC group of companies and once again became champions in the overall team standings.
At the meeting organized on this occasion, Chairman of the Management Board of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC, Abai Assylov, expressed his gratitude to all employees who demonstrated high athletic skill during the competitions, won prize places, and contributed to the team’s victory.
In his speech, he emphasized that this achievement was not accidental, noting that the company team’s unity, mutual support, and determination to win make it possible to achieve high results in any field.
“Sport is not only a competitive arena, but also a school of discipline, perseverance, and team spirit. Alongside their responsibility in production, our employees continue to reach new heights in sports as well. This is a great source of pride for the entire company. Such victories strengthen team unity and inspire new achievements,” said Abai Assylov.
It should be noted that this year, 16 teams from the Samruk-Energy group of companies took part in the Spartakiad and competed in several sports. Following the intense competition, the team of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC won 23 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals, becoming the overall team champion for the third year in a row.
During the meeting, the winners and prize-winners of the competitions were specially honored. They received letters of appreciation and cash awards for their contribution to the company’s development and the strengthening of corporate culture.

A working meeting dedicated to current issues in the energy sector was held at Alatau Zharyk Company JSC with the participation of heads of territorial departments and relevant divisions of the Committee for State Energy Supervision and Control of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to the company’s performance results over the past four years. The presentation covered projects implemented in the areas of power grid modernization, construction of new substations, reconstruction of existing energy facilities, and ensuring reliable electricity supply to consumers.

The traditional Spartakiad among employees of the Samruk-Energy group of companies has come to an end. This year, 16 teams from the energy sector representing different regions of the country took part in the large-scale sporting event and competed to determine the strongest among them.
Over several days, participants competed in various sports disciplines. Competitions in football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, chess, togyzkumalak, athletics, swimming, tug of war, as well as other team and individual events were organized at a high level.
According to the results of the competition, the team of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC demonstrated excellent preparation and strong team spirit, winning 23 gold, 8 silver, and 10 bronze medals. In the overall team standings, the company’s team outperformed its rivals, took first place, and won the Champions Cup.
This is a special achievement for the company’s team. Alatau Zharyk Company has become the champion of the Spartakiad among employees of the Samruk-Energy group of companies for the third year in a row.
This victory is not only a sporting success, but also a vivid reflection of unity, mutual support, and the promotion of a healthy lifestyle within the team.
